Setting Grid the Row height Manually in extjs 4

Hi ,
I am using ext.grid.plugin.rowediting inside ext.grir.panel , now i want to reset the height of a row when i click on add button, is it possible to manually set to the height of a row?

You could use getRowClass to override the default.
