Extjs file size is so big. Anyone can help me on this

I am building an application in extjs, the ext-all.js size is 1.4mb which is very big and not accepted by our technical architect. Anyone can help me on this.

Make a custom built Ext JS file that contains the Ext JS classes you require and use GZIP, should bring it down to reasonable levels!
