Project mess in architect 2

Hi, I'm currently trying sencha architect, but when i load my project Architect just mess the entire project, making code generation as hard as manual typing, components are simply not rendered on architect, or the screen is just a distaster. Is there any solution for this or perhabs has something related to some misterious sencha config.
