what is the benifit of extjsssssssssssssssssss??????????????????
say in detail,,,,????

1- You can use MVC (MVVC) approach with Javascript in the browser.
2- Allows you to use their widgets.
3- You can use Sencha Architect to drag and drop and code the application if using MVC.
4- Allows you to put more code in the client instead of the server side, and separate the layers, you can use localstorage, exchange data using JSON,XML,etc.
5- Performs good (at least for not complicated applications) and it is good for most of the browsers that works with javascript.

There many other frameworks, some are really good, using one or another is up to you, if your question is about the architecture it is completely different to "regular" web development.

* Documentation (http://docs.sencha.com/ext-js/4-1/) (API and guides) should be enough to learn Ext JS. For more, books like Ext JS in Action, Ext JS 4: First Look will be useful.
* Benefit of Ext JS can be learned from main page of Ext JS
