Is there a way to rotate a chart?

If I have a bar chart with months and values. Is there a way to change the left and bottom axis? Let's say that the months are at the bottom and the values at left. If I click a button I want it to change and put the months at the left and the values at the bottom.

This option is not available. I would suggest using a card layout pages to display each chart type.
