Hi,

I have a grid, which has filters, but most of my column headers are longer and i have white space : normal, they wrap to the next line and that affects my filter's postion, they appear very odd, like mentioned in the image

{ header: 'Client', dataIndex: 'Client' , align:'center',flex:.8 ,filter: { xtype: "textfield",
filterName: "Client"
}},
{ header: 'Frequency', dataIndex: 'Frequency' , align:'center',flex:1,filter: {
xtype: "textfield",
filterName: "Frequency"
}},
{ header: 'Primary Responsible', dataIndex: 'Primary Responsible' , align:'center',flex:1.7,filter: {
xtype: "textfield",
filterName: "Primary Responsible"
} },
{ header: 'Secondary Responsible', dataIndex: 'Secondary Responsible' , align:'center',flex:1.9,filter: {
xtype: "textfield",
filterName: "Secondary Responsible"
}},
{ header: 'Group', dataIndex: 'Group' , align:'center', align:'center', flex:0.7,filter: {
xtype: "textfield",
filterName: "Group"
} },
{ header: 'Event Trigger', dataIndex: 'Event Trigger' , align:'center',flex:1.2 ,filter: {
xtype: "textfield",
filterName: "Event Trigger"
}},
{ header: 'Absolute Days', dataIndex: 'Absolute Days' , align:'center',flex:1.2,filter: {
xtype: "textfield",
filterName: "Absolute Days"
} },
{ header: 'Reminder Only', dataIndex: 'Reminder Only' , align:'center',flex:1.3,filter: {
xtype: "textfield",
filterName: "Reminder Only"
} },
{ header: 'Sequence', dataIndex: 'Sequence' , align:'center',flex:1 ,filter: {

You can use some CSS to handle how things are positioned in this case.
