Increase Window Header Height

How do I increase the height of a window header?

In the following image, I have what is at the top of the image, and I want what is at the bottom of the image (increase window header height).

Also, how can I make the window header upper corners more rounded?

This ext4all.com post was for accordion header height increase, but it worked for me.

The 10px adds space at the header top, and the 5px adds space at the header bottom, so the text is higher up, exactly what I wanted.
