How to manipulate images on a page?

I've got a circular image that I need to put in a circle on one of my tab panels . I'm not sure how to get this to work. Anyone have any idea on how to get these images to be in a circle? The image below and 5 others need to be placed in a circle.

An absolute layout will probably be your best bet, in conjunction with an image component.
