right-to-left vs left-to-right direction (not alignment) on htmleditor

Hi,
How can I add "right-to-left,left-to-right" icon to htmleditor (Ext.form.field.HtmlEditor)?
What I want is for direction not for alignment.something like in microsoft word.

You can extend the HtmlEditor and add items to the toolbar property.
