Screen gets cut at the bottom after orientation has changed

Description:

After changing the orientation to landscape and back to portrait I got a bottom cut screen on samsung sii

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Take any application and switch orientations

The result that was expected:

The layout should re-arrange

The result that occurs instead:

The bottom of the screen got cut
