Sencha Touch 2.1.0 final on HTC z510d startup fail

St 2.0 is fine， but after I upgarded the SDK to 2.1 final, it just could not be able to startup, and no any error msg to me (there is no alert()/console.log/logcat.....):((

The same issue happens on Samsung Galaxy nexus（Android 4.0.x）, and HTC T328t（also Android 4.0.x）

I need something to go off of. You haven't provided anything to check or know what the bug is.

We got the same error, and you can see the output that we got in the Eclipse LogCat:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'isReady' of undefined
file:///android_asset/www/sdk/sencha-touch-all.js: line 18 : Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'isReady' of undefined

(BTW, we are still using the sdk folder, where we have copied the sencha-touch-all.js. We tried as well using the new 2.1 structure and we got the same error).
