View Full Version : "Compress the source files..." option bug?
If I unselect the option "Compress the source files and copy them to the following directory" in the "Build Settings" tab, it will still create the compressed files in the build directory.
Regards,
Tim
Same here --
Also occurs for "Copy source files..."; In addition, both the minimized and -debug versions are being created, even when "debug" mode is not specified.

Are you using the current version? This was identified as an issue back in January and I fixed it back then, but maybe it resurfaced somehow.

Sorry for not being specific. I ran into this problem using the Java JS Builder as linked to in the recent form post (http://extjs.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7490). I believe that this is working properly in the Windows console version, as you indicate.

JTM,
The Java builder spits out a -debug version no matter what. This may change later but for now it's handy to have. What the debug keyword does is make the ext-all.js file a debug version so you don't have to switch your source files.

Ahh.. makes sense.
What about the 'build' and 'src' folders? The windows console version had the option to leave those out, but the Java builder seems to include them no matter what. Is that the intent?

Yes for now. Eventually it will be an option but for testing reason they were left in there.
