I do not know if this is the right place to post this, but here goes.

We are developing a desktop application using ExtJs. We have a group of experienced web developers and designers. But we lack someone that knows ExtJs from inside out.

Here is my question. We are looking for someone who’s an expert in javascript development, especially in ExtJs. We need your help firstly for code review, secondly for giving support for specific problems like memory management and thirdly for helping find the best solution for a problem. do you mean you are using Adobe AIR and Ext to build a true desktop app, or are you building a browser-based app that looks like a desktop app?
