Getting Started with Ext.nd Beta 1

I couldn't find how to get started using the Ext.nd Beta 1 release. I downloaded the zip but wasn't sure what to do with the contents of extnd-beta1\extnd-beta1-js

Is there a document on how to get the framework installed and consequent First Steps? I did try looking for it, but did not find it.
