Before Posting

Search the forums to make sure the issue or question has not be answered already.
Take a look at the explorer demo code for correct API usage.
Try to answer the question on your own by reviewing the source code and tracing execution.
If it is a UI related issued, try taking a look at the DOM in Firebug for Firefox, or IE Toolbar for IE.When Posting

Include the Ext GWT version being used.
Include the browser(s) and version.
Give a good description of the problem.
If you have not identified the problem, then you need to post sample code. When posting sample code, it MUST be a single class that implements EntryPoint and have no dependencies to any other code not included in the sample code (will compile without errors). The code MUST be able to be copied, pasted and executed without modifications.
The code should show the issue or problem while being as simple as possible.

addition for "When Posting - 4.":

please include your code into the code tags like this to get it well formatted (with space indention and highlighted):

// my code sample
public class myExample implements EntryPoint
{
public void onModuleLoad()
{
showMyThings();
}
//[...]
}
it becomes

// my code sample
public class myExample implements EntryPoint
{
public void onModuleLoad()
{
showMyThings();
}
//[...]
}
