I am wondering whether to use the Ext.nd framework in my new project, since the new license issued.

Is it legal to use Ext.nd in my project which is just employ within corporation?

My question should be detailed whether it is required to share the source code of the project using the Ext.nd framework.

Thanks.

The current release of Ext.nd is under the old Ext licensing terms which caused a fair amount of confusion. We are in the process of determining the best way to license the framework so that we're compatible with the Ext license changes, and find a way so that everyone can be clear about how they can use Ext.nd to not worry about legal issues.

Thank you.

The Ext.nd works great. There is no reason to replace it until legal issue.

RWaters,

I find "Open Source License Exception for Extensions (http://extjs.com/products/ux-exception.php)" in the forum.

Is that available to Ext.nd ?
