It seems to be a bug, if you edit the post the double lines go away (don't really have to change anything with the edit)

Yeah, this problem has been persisting despite tweaks. I have anything from double lines to no scrollbars so posted code goes on for pages and pages.....

Sometimes I post in 'code' tags just so it uses single line spacing (although I think the scrollbars are still missing).
