What is the next step, beta 5 or RC1?

What are the plans for the next milestone? Is it going to be beta 5 or RC1 and when is it planned to be released?

Especially since there have been some bugs in Beta 4, which have been fixed on an instant by Darrell. Would be cool to have them available (I know about the discussion on mini-minor releases ;-))
