Auto-resize for paging table

Hi guys,

What is the preferred way for paging table to fill its container panel and auto-resize itself when container dimensions are changed (when browser window is resized)?

Similar question - am I forced to set a specific size for the ContentPanel that holds the paging table, or is there some where to specify:

"Display all rows for the given data set"

Setting the height to 100% doesn't work, NO rows display at all...

I tried to place a table in the content panel with FitLayout. This stretches the table width to fill the container. But there is a BUG when resizing the window. When you start with not maximized window and then try to resize the browser the table becomes broken and some columns are not visible.
As for vertical fit probably there is no solution in the current version.
