Hello,
if you try to resize the height of browser in the example http://extjs.com/explorer/#formpanel (http://extjs.com/forum/../explorer/#formpanel) there is no scrollbar so the form is not completely visible and you can't press the buttons for example.

This is not a bug, the demo page was not enabling scrolling on the container. I have updated the code.

No, the demo applications will always use the code from the latest release and will not be updated in between releases.
