Ext.ux.ImageCropper [Archive]

Hello all ,

I decided to make an ImageCropper for Ext, as I've seen a lot of people including prototype and scriptaculous etc to make this work =;.

Using Resizables, and Spotlight, I've made my first plugin and contribute to the Ext community B).

Cewl, is it currently possible to "lock it" to a specific aspect ratio?
I think that is a feature that's pretty useful for many web image crop-tools.

Let's not waste time w/ polls. I typically only build something if it's going to help me. If i can, i release to the wild. Most of us build extensions for this reason. ;)

Well, not really "yet", but you could add
preserveRatio: trueto the configuration of the resizable, and then the ratio of the initialDimensions will be used.
It will support this in a nicer way, among with some other changes - and possible future requests - in the update.

Seems to me it is indeed reacting a bit fuzzy. Will provide an update within a month, with some additional features.

Very nice extension!
Have you added any new functionality? Or port for ext 3?
I think I'll use this so having the last version would be nice so the new functionalities I add are compatible.
Is it possible to start a new selection by just clicking anywhere on the image that isn't part of the selection?
