Okay, that's not much an extension, as it actually involves only changing CSS and images, but I could not think where else I can post it and to be seen.

Demo: http://dev.drun.net/extjs/newToolBar/
Download: http://dev.drun.net/extjs/newToolBar/toolbar-big-0.1.tar.gz

Few things, notes and bugs:

1. Note: It's NOT tested on IE.
2. Note: It's only for the one theme (default) - this can be made for others by editing the images like I did.
3. Bug: selection mark is not on the whole button
4. Note: You have to define ctCls for each button ... could not find a way to automatically inherit it somehow. This means that right now you need to define one ctCls for the toolbar and one ctCls for each button. Check the example to see how I did it.

Is it possible for someone to help me to make this toolbar object or sth like this? It works right now ... but would be nice to use it. Also If someone manages to help me fix the upper issues would be nice :)

the grid doesn't appear for me on IE7.
FF2 works fine.

Just an FYI and atta-boy!

That's a nice bit of work.

I have to tell you though that Ext 3 has 3 "scales" of buttons. (Jack's usually one step ahead of the rest of us! :)) )

The Buttons below are configured scale: 'medium'

Great. Anyway ... I needed this before ext 3. Let's hope Ext 3 will have such things cleared out, as always :)
