Hi,

I'm having single GWT module and multiple html pages. I'm loading GXT widgets in various HTML pages. Using JSNI for redirection from one page to other.

The problem is if I put some data in the Registry using Registry.register() method and when I access the same in other widget, loaded from other html page, then I get null. However If I user single HTML page for my project then I'm able to retrieve the data from registry.

Is there any Global Registry kind of thing where I can across data across pages.

Please let me know the best practice for the same.

Thanks

GWT has cookie support that you can use...

http://google-web-toolkit-doc-1-5.googlecode.com/svn/javadoc/1.5/com/google/gwt/user/client/Cookies.html

+1. It is the only way to communicate between different pages (except server-side HTTP session). From the javascript client point of view, one page = one context.

Maybe Registry Editing is disabled in your computer, in this case you won’t be able to put data in the Registry.
