[2.2] default theme - change active sprite blue -> orange

This files can give you little change on your default theme but put some color point on all this blueeee :)

save tabs-sprite.gif => ext/resources/images/default/tab/
save scroll-left.gif => ext/resources/images/default/tab/

save tb-btn-sprite.gif => ext/resources/images/default/toolbar/

i'd like this variation of the Ext blue theme... only one thing... the bottom tabs are unchanged as showed in the screen capture... the tab with red border don't have the orange effect...
