License Doubts

Excuse me but I have some doubts regards the license in the follows case

Can I use the GPLv3 version if:

- I use extjs in the development of the intranet of my company, for employees use only I intend? (It clear that I can't give the client code and the server side code to my colleagues)

or

- I use extjs for the development of my website where the scope of my website is not the distribution of the website code as product but the distribution of others products that are not inherent to the website code?
(The distribution of the server-side code means security risk for the website)

I agree to the idea that if I create a new product with extjs and I distribute the product I must share the source code, but a website is distribution?

I agree also to the idea that if for my website i modify the extjs library, the modified library must be published and shared with GPLv3 license on the website, but I don't understand the benefits of the community if I need to share the website code where it is not the product but only my showcase.

This question is not clear for me in the license/FAQ, can you help me?
