size of a gwt-ext application?

Hi, all

as I understand it, a gwt-ext application include the extjs-all script, of 500ko size. Is there a way to have script of a smaller size? (include only the widget I'm using or something else)

is there a way to configure the server so he communicate compressed javascript files?

Is your question about ExtGWT or GWT-EXT ???

This forum is for ExtJS version of a GWT library, not the GWT-EXT open source wrapper around ExtJS library.

Your question is one of the reasons that ExtGWT is better (IMO) as it uses the GWT compiler to heavily optimise the code size down from the basic ExtJS base script.
