[2.2] library download missing yui-utilities.js

The 2.2 library download is missing yui-utilities.js.

I have successfully migrated an application to 2.2 using the yui-utilities.js from 2.1 (and it doesn't seem to break anything), but the file should be included in the download.

yui-utilities.js is also missing from the Subversion repository.

Not sure the reason why nobody is replying to posts about yui-utilities.js missing..? Perhaps the new licensing doesn't allow for including it in the ext download..?

Anyway, I went to http://developer.yahoo.com/yui/ downloaded yui and you'll find yui/build/utilities/utilities.js. Rename that and save it to ext-2.2/adapter/yui/yui-utilities.js

The yui utilities file says version: 2.5.2. I've tested it with various Ext grid, form and layout code and it seems to work.

There appears to be an issue with the build mechanism used to produce the 2.2 release. Jack is looking into this. In the meantime, we've updated the release to include this file and the "air" directory. Let us know if you find anything else missing from the release.
