Checkbox/CheckboxGroup layout?

Hi, I am trying to make a checkbox where it will be like this


Option:
check1
check2
check3

and not
Option:
check1 check2 check3


Also is there a way to hide the Option: so no group title shows?

well i figure out hte listener to use and the layout i just have to not use formlayout anymore
