I just want to show a demo at http://scottleo.300ms.com/report by extjs, which makes use of many code sources from this site. Beginners may take it as an example.
Special thanks are given to those who wrote plugins, extensions and other ext js codes and shared the codes on the web.
And thanks to all.

Mmmm. Well, I don't think beginners should take it as an example.
It just appears to be a broken grouping grid.
Needs work.

Oh! It's a Window. It was just rendered too big for the browser so I couldn't see it.
Why a Window? Why not a Viewport? That is not best practice

Some of us are thankful for ALL of the demos, examples, etc. that are posted on this forum. If this particular demo doesn't interest you then move on or at least provide a constructive comment.

Hi Userofit,
Thanks. Is that table nested under each row expansion a HTML table? Have you tried using a Ext grid as well and had any luck it? Have you also tried using any editable forms or grids in the row expansion area?
Thanks again for sharing.

They did give a constructive comment.
While it is nice the at the OP posted an example, it is not really something that beginners should try to emulate. Animal is spot on ( I know, hard to believe ), but this should be in a viewport taking advantage of the layout manager it provides.

Animal did offer a constructive comment - several of them in fact. However, the statement below isn't very constructive at all since it offers no advice or suggestions for improvement.

What Jay is saying is that this is not a demo or an example of much more then anything that is already available. Its just a grid configured with a couple plugins. Keep in mind Jay is a well respected contributor to the community. He had a point with what he posted.
They are trying to limit the amount of posts that just take up space, and rehash the same things. This really is an example of that. Again, it is a grid, and it has some plugins, but its not a demo, and its not really bringing anything new or useful to the forum.
No offense was meant by any of the posts. Just trying to keep the forum posts useful and accurate to what they say they are.

Didn't seem that way to me - it sounded like an off hand and dismissive comment.

To me, too.
For newbies to ExtJS, any functional examples and constructive criticism of them are useful.

Agreed. Even a window being not the propper way of displaying that content.
