Grid totals features

A couple of questions about grid totals.

1. Is it possible to place grid totals above the items?
This option could be very useful when there are too many items.

2. Is it possible to calculate grand totals?
Currently I can see how to calculate and display totals for each group of items in a grid. But very often it is required to display summary totals which is a sum of all group totals. It is not clear how to do this.

possible solution -> create a special row of fake row data (ie just add a model onto the store after loading) that is your grand total category and within that summary, step out, grab the store, do your grand total and display that instead of the groupsummary total... you'd obviously label it accordingly... ???
