If I disable column hide by setting enableColumnHide : false then the column header context menu will show the sort ascending and sort descending and a seperator. Wouldn't it be cool if this seperator was hidden automatically? I know that it should probably have some kind of attribute set to tell that it should be shown again if we programatially show/add/... an item before/after the seperator.
