Update main page to GXT 1.1

well ext is 2.0 (currently 2.2) while gwt is 1.0 (currently 1.1)

I guess they just want whole number release on main page

Yes I know and I think they should change that too. You don't see Google talking about GWT 1.0; that would be confusing.

I don't think bugfix releases like ExtGWT 1.1.1 need to be shown on the main page, but I still think it's more correct to refer to ExtGWT 1.1 as it's also more correct to refer to GWT 1.5.
