POST data example

i need a working example for doing a POST one or two fields with a Dynamic FORM to server. I tried all night long but no progress. POST is done fields are missing....

Finally founded after hours and many trials to smash my head against the wall....
In COLDFUSION, in the Application.cfc had a <cfset setEncoding("FORM","UTF-8")> that was reseting my FORM variables.... when i removed this declaration posted values are suddenly appeard!
