Is it possible to debug an air app with visual studio javascript debugger?

You should check out the latest release of Aptana. They have integrated debugging for AIR applications. You could debug your application in visual studio if you removed all AIR specific calls and were just dealing with a standard Ext JS app.

i got the latest aptana ide...and if i try to switch to debugging mode, it tells me "Adobe AIR application debugging is not currently supported."

can you gimme some details about aptana-ext-air-debug ?

Did you install the AIR debugging plugin? Are you running Air 1.5?
