I do this base on some others excellent work:
qwikiOffice(www.qwikiOffice.com),
fisheyes(http://www.ndesign-studio.com/demo/css-dock-menu/css-dock.html)
add the reflected effect to the DockItem base on the up two works.
for my limit of artistic design,i hope other friend show your talent to redesign this.
some problem has to resolve:in ie brower,the transparent effect of png can't be good show,i try the common method, add filter,but it limit the width and height.you can check the code in reflection.js between line 80 to 88 which i commented.please show you solution if you can resolve it.thanks.
