with ie 6, if you click quickly on the element to collapse and expand a region, it can cause weird things to happen. This can be seen on the feed viewer for the suggested feeds box. You can get it's splitter to stick on the screen when it's collapsed.

I clicked like a mad man all over the place and couldn't make it happen. IE6 SP2 XP. Can you give any more details on how to reproduce it?

I clicked the << (or >> depending on it's state) at the top of the Suggested Feeds bar to expand and collapse it quickly.
