Feed Viewer Layout - is it possible to...

...have multiple panels on the east section that could contain different categories of suggest feeds? i.e. News feeds, Sport Feeds etc etc.

I am a newbie with extJS (love it already tho) and just wanted to see if it was possible before getting my hand dirty :D

Yes - pretty much anything is 'possible'.
Asking general questions like that isn't going to get you much help. There are numerous examples and tutorials here to get you started. Once you begin building an app and run into specific questions, post them with the appropriate details.
