Hello guys,

I've just starting using ext and need some help with styling.

I am using the Slate theme and I would like to change the background colour of the Toolbar object from its current "dark blueish" tone to the "grayish" colour used behind in the tab area of the TabPanel object.

Thanks in advance,

TrX.

When I've wanted to do this (for example changing the tree content area to white), the trick is to find the style used for the element in question and then simply override it in your applications .css file. Using Firebug is handly for this as you can use the "Inspect" feature and read the class(es) associated to the element in question.

Trying to determine it straight from the ext-all.css or the slatexxx.css is rather "tough" without knowing the final class assoicated to your element.

In case you didn't know, you can use firebug to modify the style/class in the page which is nice to experiment before modifying your stylesheet.
