examples/simple-widgets/qtips.html
The "autoHide disabled" example. After it's open, you can click anywhere on the page to hide it.
There was also a fireEvent error thrown after mousing over the examples a few times.
WinXP/FF3.0.7

I can't reproduce an error. autoHide should just not hide the tooltip after you move away. Do you still have any issues?

If I go here:
http://extjs.com/deploy/dev/examples/simple-widgets/qtips.html
And hover over the 2nd one, the only way to close the tip is to click the X.
If I go to same example for Ext 3, I can click anywhere on the page and have that tip close.
I just tested on IE7 also, in addition to FF3.0.7.
If you can't reproduce I could do a jing, but I don't know that would help so much.

Try the latest in SVN. The idea is that if it's not closable but autoHide is false, clicking on the document should close it.

Yup. Looks and works good.
