Why not to use Ext.Toolbar for Ext. ContentPanel titlebar?
It is possible add items from Ext.ContentPanel titlebar (buttons of swaping panels and title with an icon option) to Ext.Toolbar and align-right or align-left option for added buttons.
It would solve a problem of a striped zebra in interfaces.
