Are Tabs Keyboard Accessible?

I've been trying to determine if the Tabs are keyboard Accessible. I know that I can use the tab key to move across a row of tabs but if I'm on the tab which is not the current tab is there a keyboard way to activate the tab?

Is this one of the Section 508 fixes for 3.0?

Yes, the ARIA FocusManager plugin demonstrated at the conference handles this.

Thanks, that is great news. I've been trying to convince my company that Ext JS
is the way to go but they need any product to be Section 508 compliant.

Where/how can I get the ARIA FocusManager plugin? Does it come with Ext JS 3.0?
Can I put it into Ext JS 2.x?

I don't know if it's going to be in 3.0. It was just a demo at the conference. Maybe 3.1
