[FIXED][3.0rc1] chart don't ask for flash player

Maybe this is not a bug,I opened my app in a web browser without flash installed it didn't shows anything, a white panel, i think it should shows a message requering the instalation of flash player, like othe andr aplications.

Fixed in SVN, the property is expressInstall. It defaults to false, but can be configured to true.

quick question: seeing how one would expect to be prompted to install Flash if it isn't already present, shouldn't that default to true instead?
