WHAT?
WHERE?
WHEN?
HOW?


i believe your description is sorely lacking the WHAT, WHEN and HOW. :-?

the entire thread @condor linked to used to describe how to report bugs -- i know 'cos i wrote it.
for some strange reason it's been truncated (by the vBulletin database i'm guessing). describes (in great detail) how to file a proper bug report.

The writer example is currently not complete and is a work in progress. It will be linked into the examples when it is done.

That sure is a flea-sized FireBug thumbnail. I think it says "ApiForm" is undefined.

It's been been fixed in SVN.
