[FIXED][3.0rc1.1] Ext.Action example is partially broken

The Ext.Action example in 3.0 RC1.1 (as well as in RC 1) is broken - the buttons to disable the Action, change its icon and text are not added to the top toolbar.

Toolbar follows standard Container practices now, therefore when adding additional components you must call doLayout after the add.
