json encode problem! different charset T-T

I have this problem:
I made a grid with a data of json file.
but json file is used of utf-8 file format.
i must use a charset of euc-kr. because database charset is euc-kr.

do you know a method that use different charset?
i read all thread that search about charset, json, etc!
but i didn't solved that problem. T-T

There are some threads on this. I thing you have to convert on server to json.
