View Full Version : BasicDialog animateTarget question...

I have created a page with a layout similar to the Feed Viewer example that contains a list of links. On the click of the link I display a BasicDialog. My problem is with the animateTarget of the BasicDialog. The first link I click works fine, the BasicDialog animates from and hides to the correct link. When I another link in the list, the BasicDialog still animates from the first link, but then hides to the correct link.

I'm not sure if this is a bug in my code or in the BasicDialog. Any ideas?

Thanks,
Erik

if (!dialog)
{
dialog = new YAHOO.ext.BasicDialog("report-options-dialog", {
autoTabs:true,
width:500,
height:250,
shadow:true,
minWidth:300,
minHeight:200
});
}

var tabs = dialog.getTabs();

tabs.removeTab('report-options');
tabs.removeTab('report-message');

var optionsTab = tabs.addTab('report-options', reportName);
optionsTab.setUrl(report, null, true);

tabs.activate('report-options');

if (!reportBtn)
{
dialog.addButton('Close', dialog.hide, dialog);
reportBtn = dialog.addButton('Generate Report', this.submitReport, this);
}

var selectedReport = getEl(reportName);

dialog.show(selectedReport);

Yes, it is. I did a quick search but missed that message. Sorry for the duplicate post...
