I believe that the icons/images supplied with Ext is Jack's home-made.

If you need lots of nice icons take a look at the famfamfam.com site - especially the silk (http://www.famfamfam.com/lab/icons/) icon set. Please note that this website is often unavailable - probably due to high traffic.

Um, actually many of the icons in the Ext examples come from silk. If you can't beat 'em, use 'em :)
