Util.ellipse removed from API

The method Util.ellipse(java.lang.String value, int len) doesn't exist anymore, in 2.0 M2.

Just wondering whether you moved the method to other class, or removed it entirely, and/or if there is or will be a replacement for it.

I rather don't reinvent the wheel.

It was reorginized into a Format class which has also some more formatting options.
