Hi there,
There has been an ongoing discussion in the joomla development google group about js frameworks and their inclusion with Joomla.

Not sure if you are interested, but the developers of both Mootools and Jquery (
John Resig) are involve in the discussion so it would be nice to see someone from Ext there - I did mention Ext, but I have not a heavy weight name!
Joomla is pretty popular and it would be good to see Ext have more of a presence with it - I use ext with joomla a fair bit btw and it's great!
