Open the outline in Designer, click the new entry button, give it a name and set it to open a 'named element', choose 'form' and then your form.

No problem. Did you add the link to the outline? When we get support for actionbars (Ext.Toolbar) in views, you'll be able to add your code there as well to create new documents.

Yep!

I add a @Command([Compose];"":"";"REQUEST") to the outline.

In the REQUEST form, I add a picklist and a embded Ext.nd view.

Drop downs are setup by AdminList form.

I'm wainting for TreeView dialogue to send the demo to our customer.
